Isabelle Lesh is a Los Angeles-based creative director, photographer, producer, & social media manager. Her work has spanned industries including music, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, hospitality, and events. As a creative director, her projects have ranged from branding to single & album artwork, merchandise development, music videos, promotional materials, and release campaigns. She has worked on the creative teams for blackbear & Wiz Khalifa and brands such as Lolita Jade, Space Tea, and Pat McGrath.
In her photography, she has a love for capturing intimate, candid moments, filled with movement and expression. She has created work with artists including Wiz Khalifa, blackbear, Travis Barker, Avril Lavigne, Big Sean, Nas, Machine Gun Kelly, and Brockhampton and brands including Dior, Gucci, Cashapp, Calvin Klein, Khalifa Kush, Maison Margiela Fragrances, Mejuri, and Pat McGrath.
As a producer, she has co-produced music videos, photo shoots, live TV performances, promotional photos and album trailers for artists including Tinashe, Maneskin, Meechy Darko of Flatbush Zombies, Avril Lavigne, blackbear, Travis Barker, Big Sean, and Hit-Boy. Live performances include programs such as Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel, and The Kelly Clarkson Show.
As the social media manager for blackbear, Isabelle’s work consisted of viral TikTok videos with 63.6+ million views and Instagram growth of 2 million followers in a 1 year period. In her time as Social Media Manager for Wish You Were Here Group, she was able to rebrand the creative and social media for all 10 restaurants under the group’s umbrella as well as increase impressions by 372% in her first month with the company. She was also able to develop a unique brand voice for each property while maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
